There are two initiatives we are strongly endorsing.
Firstly, we wish to promote the manufacture and distribution of emergency information in the form of sticky labels, with the help of the (civil protection)of the Liguria Region and Legambiente.
Below,you will find a copy of the prototype of the label, on wich is printed the telephone number, (1515) of the State Forestry Corps for emergencies. The quicker the reaction taken on spotting a fire, the quicker it can be extinguished.
These labels would be placed in woodlands and forests, and any environment where there is a strong possibility of the fire developing.

Our second initiative is to enforce regulation 47/75 governing the forbidding of building, for a set period time, on any areas of woodland that have been affected by fire.
If applied correctly,it could offer a valid legal instrument to discourage arsonists from acquiring building land from areas that they have burnt.
